It speaks of a tradition of visiting an old Shinto shrine deep in the Japanese mountains for seven consecutive days.
However, the "7 Days Shrine" ritual has rules that must be followed:
Continue your shrine visits for seven consecutive days
Do not leave the mountain during the ritual
Do not let yourself be seen by anyone
Do not look into the darkness
